EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Tech Works' engineering staff have over 20 years of experience designing exhaust systems. An equal, tuned length header with a properly designed merge collector will offer dramatic benefits, especially when complemented with the correct header back exhaust system.   All our exhaust products begin and end at the stock mounting locations and so they are compatible with OEM pieces or any other aftermarket bolt on products that also mount at the stock locations.  Inside mandrel bent tubing provides consistent inside diameters which is complimented by expert welding.  Experience improvements in performance, efficiency, acoustics and appearance.

Tuned length primary tubes provide proper scavenging wave phasing, which pulls the intake charge into the cylinder during valve overlap while evacuating residual exhaust gasses.

Subaru RS 2.5 Super Stock Exhaust System

 NEW All Stainless Steel Version 5  

This Super Stock exhaust system is designed for the customer with a stock or mildly modified car and boasts all the features listed above. The header primary tubes are 1.625" in diameter and the collector outlet and remaining piping is 2.25" diameter. This header is now available in 304, 16 gauge Stainless Steel only.

This High Output exhaust system is designed for the customer with a highly modified engine including an increased engine rpm limit and an upgraded computer engine management system. Universal Carbon Muffler Fibers

 
Our glass packed carbon fiber mufflers are made from stainless steel and filament wound, structural carbon fiber tubing with UV protection. Our mufflers provide unique acoustics and aesthetics to your vehicle, with all the performance expected from a flow through design. These carbon fiber mufflers come with stainless steel mounting bands that can be used to make dual muffler packs.

These mufflers come in  2.25", 2.5", or 3" inlet sizes.

Our glass packed carbon fiber resonator tips are manufactured from stainless steel and filament wound, structural carbon fiber tubing with UV protection. These resonator tips provide unique acoustics and aesthetics to your vehicle and complement any high performance exhaust system especially TWE's line of high performance exhaust.

These resonator tips come with a 2.25", or 2.5" inlet.
